Starting with the very basics – Adult Learning Principles and VARK (Visual, Auditory, Reading & Writing, and Kinesthetic) Modalities, we move through how to facilitate, and then how to write training - or the Instructional Design Process – through to finding clients and ultimately building a role you love doing every day.
