Utilising a Team Assessment for the Leadership Team that is completed as pre-work, lead a
facilitated discussion of all 5 of the Functional areas of the team. Each member is to rate the
Leadership Team as it is today, in each of the five areas; and be prepared to discuss their ratings
with the wider group. This will then help us to define the area that the Leadership Team needs
to work on moving forward, along with some relevant strategies.
