Let’s celebrate our differences and create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace! We all come from different backgrounds, work experiences, lifestyles and cultures and each of these aspects demands acceptance and respect. We need to understand that everyone is unique, and we should cherish and respect those differences.

This course will teach you how to appreciate differences in ability, sexual orientation, pronoun choices, education, religion ethnicity, gender, age and national origin. We will unpack the ben- efits of differences, as well as discrimination, bullying and harassment and setting and main- taining standards culturally within an organisation.

This is an interactive workshop – we’ll teach you the skills, show you how they’ve been used practically “out in the wild”.
